It all began in 1994 when I decided to rent the 4-H kitchen at the Whidbey Island Fairgrounds to pursue a better life through baking. Inspired by my mother's dedication to healthy baking and equipped with my trusty KitchenAid mixer, I set out to create something revolutionary—a new way to enjoy breakfast. Thus, the Original Breakfast Cookie was born!
